Disclaimer

basalfit provides general information about food and nutrition. It is not medical advice and doesn't replace a doctor, registered dietitian or other qualified professional. Talk to one before changing your diet, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or take medication.

Nutrition values are estimates calculated from ingredient data and rounded the way U.S. food labels are. Real values vary with brands, ingredients and preparation. When data for a nutrient is missing we say so rather than counting it as zero.

Diet and allergen information (for example "gluten-free" or "no peanuts") is derived from each recipe's ingredients and is not a guarantee. Always check product labels and cross-contamination risks if you have an allergy or intolerance.
